Introduction (Who I am and what the talk would cover)
Ladvice (What it is and why I set it up)
College Life (Overview of my experience and generalistic advice)
Mental Health - the importance of it and some positive outlets I use to manage my mental Health.
Positive outlets mentioned in this include, Gym, Sports, Journaling, Gratitude, Mindfulness, and Talking to Someone. This is a small snippet and short overview of each of these I Will go into more detail on them in the coming weeks!
