Highly recommend this book, easy to read, information and no bulshit.
Key Take Away Points:
1. Care Less about things that aren't important. Focus on what matters.
2. Determine your life values. Values and goals/ ambitions are interrelated. Choose Values that will promote positivity and growth. It's important to self reflect and reevaluate your values.
3. You will struggle in life but it is important to find what you are willing to struggle for. Struggling for something worthwhile, turns a negative into a positive.
